My vision is decreased day by day.
I recently check up for my eyes and he says your vision is decreased day by day and also i attached photo of my eye prescription and he said that your number is too high it can't be resolve issue also by laser surgery. He didn't mention that I have a cataract because my age is 19 years now. I am dipressed what to do now . He said that you need to wear spectacle all time no option now.also i send photo of prescription to eye7 hospital and he said that i think you have cataract.help me for this problem any yoga like aanulom vilom and also diet like spinach juice daily can be reduced eye numbers?

You seem to have high cylinder number, could be Keratoconous..if that is the case n it is progressing..you will be advised to do C3R treatment.
you will have wear Glasses or special contact lenses.
Cataract , we cannot comment unless examined r mentioned in the report.
yoga and juice etc, are good, but not known to reverse these issues.
