My uncle had a heart attack yesterday
He was admitted in the hospital and angiography was done. Then doctor put a stent in his heart and since then his heart rate is fluctuating and after eating or drinking something he is puking blood. His ejaction fraction is 25-30% and he has severe lv systolic dysfunction and grade II lv diastolic dysfunction. Please help and guide what could be the further treatment possible.

Get him admitted as he needs to be evaluated for such bleeding. It may be due to various reason which only after investigation and examination could be found.
Few tests which needs to be done are PT inr, aptt, upper gi endoscopy, USG abdomen, chest x-ray..
In consultation with cardiologist, blood thinner medicines needs to be adjusted.
