MY TOOTH IS PAINING FROM 3 DAYS AND IT LOOKS BLACK INSIDE THE 15TH TOOTH AND MY FRIENDS ARE SAYING THAT IT IS INFECTED BY FUNGUS AND IT MUST BE REMOVED. I AM FEELING TENSED ABOUT THIS BECAUSE I CANT AFFORD TO REMOVE A TOOTH, PLEASE HELP ME.

Hello,  Welcom Practo.     It seems to me that you have acute pulpitis and you need to take medicine. Treatment is. Tab Accelofenac 200mg twice daily for three days Tab;amoxyclave 625 twice a day for 3 days. Hope you will be fine in three days. Regards Dr Muzaffar
