If crack is till the root it will have to be removed. If it is only on the crown or portion that you see, it can be saved depending on how much it has cracked. With filling or root canal, post and crown. Please see a dentist soon

Avoid biting hard food from that side for now. Also stay away from excessive hot and cold food to prevent sensitivity. You need to do an oral X-ray and accordingly treatment protocol will be advised.
