My 11 yrs son suffering for back neck pain with headache when he coughing and sneezing and he suffered from fever yesterday with loose motion with High gas problem. Fever was maximum 101 but today he is ok with no fever but problem of headache and when coughing please 🤕 suggest me what should I do, somebody told me do RTPCR test but he have smell and test also.

See fever is one of the major symptoms of Covid. Smell and May or may not go. Cough, sneez and cough are again pulling the rope towards Covid. So in my suggestion, you must go for the Covid test and then consult the physician.
