My son speaks less

He complete his two years by next month but could not speak( only mom n dad) he makes different types of noises. If i speak a word  he don't listen but if i make some noise he repeats. He can hear when he plays interestingly, if i call him he never turn back and other activities are normal. help me out sir/madam.
