Baby is splitting very frequently, split is like white foam mouth full.not sure if this is normal or should I visit to pediatrician

If the baby is spitting after feeding the milk and accompanied with loose motions then it is due to gastro intestinal infection otherwise it is due to overfeeding or indigestion.
