My son is 28 year old, Qualifications MBA, working in MNC and posted at Gurgaon. His behavior is not accepted/apprecieted by any one. Very arrogant, careless. No advise effects on him. now he is saying that he will leave his job because he is not happy there. his marriage is fixed with highly educted, buetifull girl on the base of his job profile.

I understand as a parent,  your concerns. Yet the issue is with him.  He needs to understand and realise what is to be done. For that,  it would be better to consult a psychologist by him.
