My son is 3.5 yrs cough

He is coughing since 1 month but he is active our regular pediatric says not to worry n he is against giving antibiotics to kids.(only Astheline) Recently for the last few days he has developed sweatting in his palms n fingers while holding anything for more than 2mins. Plz advice what to do.
