He is 9 yrs old and having tonsils problem from long time o was visited to so many doctors the said that according to age his problem will resolve in future but now he not able to breathing properly and also his voice is nosy all the time

As per your description... Your son may have enlarged adenoid also along with enlarged tonsils..need to be confirmed either x-ray soft tissue nasopharynx or nasal endoscopy..
