Hello, My right testicle all of a sudden got swollen is just pains and i have applied a ice pack on it for 1 hour now and it just numbed the pain thats about it but the pain is like it hurts my inners lower back and also a little spine as well and because of pain i think i have fever on and off so do not know actual cause and actual remedy to resolve this as well and now its been like 1 day now can you please let me know what should i do? I have not masturbated as well like for 2 to 3 days now i don't know if that matters also i do not know if this is due to irregular sleeping pattern or something but just want your input on it.
