My right testical is very small compared to left one like a punchred grape... Iam really worried about it.some times i get very small pain in my right testical Can any one hlep me regarding my issue please???

Its normal genetically in some cases that right testicle size differs by margin then left testicle.But if pain persists then you need to see urologist as reasons could be many from infection to water retention to hernia or might be normal as well so you need to show an urologist. As for size don't worry as long as you have normal erections and ejaculation.
