My right ear feels like it's blocked

My right side ears are feeling heavy due to hard rock like wax what to do now...idk y I feel imbalance sometimes and some sounds come from my ear like whistle and some times I feel iching but due to so hard wax it never come out

Hard impacted wax is causing all your symptoms — blockage, imbalance, tinnitus and itching. Don't use cotton buds — it pushes wax deeper. Use wax softening drops (like Waxolve or Earex) twice daily for 3-5 days to soften it, then visit a doctor for ear syringing/suction. Don't try to remove it yourself.
