My age is 29 .. Dr is diagnosed to my renal and ureter junction problem it's called PUJ obstraction. . And my GFR ratio of left kidney is 18 .. Than I operating tha piloplasty operation. . So can tha GFR is increasing after tha pyloplastty. .How to do this .. Plese help..

Pyeloplasty is the corrective operation for the obstruction which has persisted from long time ,in majority of cases by birth . obstruction causes destruction of kidney parenchymal to varying degree and recovery of function depends on the destruction caused but chances of further deterioration is managed by the surgery
