Follicle size is 1.3*1.4 and it was ruptured if there any chances for getting pregnant

All depends on the day of period and thickness of endometrium.If good thickening of endometrium then chances of pregnancy is there.Wait till next cycle and do pregnancy test on 25 th day of period by Bhcg.
