My penis tip are itchy

Hi, I am feeling itchy in penis tip from a 8 days and had pilonidal disease and getting treated for the same and thought itchiness it's because of side effects of medication for pilonidal disease but from 4 days itchiness is intensified and I can see some white discharge. Please help me

Get a urine examination done for infection.
