My one tonsil is bigger than another

I am 25 year old female. And i just noticed awhile ago that my one tonsil is bigger than another. It is so much swollen but it dosnt pains . And it has holes in it. I sometimes have some white colour stone like things coming out of it and it smells bad. And also on the wall of my throat i have red bumps which don't go away.also on the side of the swollen tonsil when i swollo i feel like something is there. Please help me please. Should i remove the tonsils.?? Can it b tonsil cancer??

They are basically food particles that have got trapped in the tonsillar crypts(pits). This food has got partially digested and over time rots and salivary calcium has deposited on it. They are called Tonsilloliths or Tonsil Stones. The only solution is LASER Assisted Cryptolysis, where about 3mm thickness of the surface of the tonsils are vaporised by the LASER beam.
