My nose is blocked because of allergy from past 1. Year but now it's better than before it was. How to get rid of blocked nose

Please get your nose evaluation done to check for signs of allergic rhinitis. Once confirmed, can prescribe anti allergic sprays and tablet. Avoid dust, direct AC blast, ice cold water/food. Regular exercise.

We need to know the cause of nasal blockage whether its a deviated nasal septum, nasal polyps, hypertrophy of turbinates then only can i suggest a permanent cure for u. Take a thorough consultation online or physically.
