I don't have any hard lump under my nipples neither the pain but my nipples are puffy and they are pointy, do I have gynaecomastia!

Could be but u need to show a physician for diagnosis cos just by u telling can't make it a proper diagnosis. We have wonderful remedies for gynaecomastia if it is what u are told.
