Hi my mother and my sister is suffering from fever of temp around 99-100 from one week and my mother is having cough and cold now,my niece is also facing cough dry cough issue what should we do

Do a antigen test for COVID for screening purposes. Give paracetamol and mor water to drink and simple cough and cold house remedy like honey and tulsi.

LFirstly isolate yourself and entire family. Cough cold fever are covid symptoms. Get all of them tested for covid 19 rtpcr or rapid antigen Start symptomatic management with TAB.DOLO for fever Tab.Azee 500mg 1 od for 5 days after meals. Cough syrup for 5 days
