USG OF NECK :
Both lobes of
thyroid gland are normal in size & echo.
No focal lesion is noted Isthmus is normal in thickness
Bilateral submandibular gland are normal
Bilateral parotid glands are normal
An enlarged lymph node measuring approx. 3cm x 2cm x 1.5cm is noted in right level II.
Necrosis is noted in the node.
Impression: features suggest:
Necrotic lymphadenopathy in right level II

In blood test report esr shows elevated as 65
Hemoglobin is 11.2 rest all the blood report shows normal except neutrophil shows 73...
FNAC is to be done today..
Please tell me is this malignancy or TB or any other infection???
