No pain or discomfort but it's been there for a while now, the scan report is attached please advice on further evaluation.

Hello, Thanks for the report. It shows  2cm cystic swelling in the thyroid. Mostly it is not dangerous or cancer. No need to worry much and can be observed. But in case of suspicion pkease do a FNAC test from it It will confirm .
