I have fatty liver and digestion problem and no gallbladder is my report is serious plzz tell me i m worried

Gallbladder will be visible in Ultrasound report .. Not in blood test...sgot and pt is slightly elevated.. maybe because fatty liver .. Diet, Exercise, weight loss is treatment..
