My left wrist pains in one angle even if I hold a 3-4 kg thing, this is happening since like last 1 week. .. Is that muscle strain..not sure but I might have shifted my fridge few days back to new place..

Does this pain occurs on the thumb side?  Ifbyesbitvcan be tendinitis for which u require ice packs medicines and physiotherapy. Consult Ortho surgeon.
