My left side foot

My left side leg around foot not able to move up and Down so that I am not able to walk freely.i observed it's happened suddenly while sitting and get up from floor.pls advise me what I have to do.

It may be due to nerve compression in spine or tightness of the muscles... You should consult with any good neurologist or physiotherapist. They will take history & get assessment then only can plan investigation followed by management(treatment). Regards-Dr.Gaurav Mohan from Physio Hut.
