Sudden Swelling and redness in my left eye, no itching no discharge, no pain, i was indoor and realised swelling. It has been an hour now and there is no improvement yet.

This looks like a mild allergic reaction. You can start Olopat eyedrop twice a day. If it doesn't resolve in next 2-3 days, please consult a local Ophthalmologist.
