Hi sir my INR is 1.88 and pt is 18.2 rest all reports are normal like Lft, non reactive hepatitis b and c.. I have gallstone ls that due to lack of vitamin k or something else . please suggest me. I have toothache problem.. rest I m fit . I am 41 male

need to evaluate you properly as why the inr is high..could be multiple causes like a bleeding event, thrombosis etc..so better connect on practo and get evaluated properly

Toothache is a different entity ..your INR level might be elevated due to many reasons like medications, alcohol, herbal medicines etc.. Gall stones generally raise bilirubin levels and cause stomach pain

Raised INR has many causes and should be evaluated. Liver disease, vitamin K deficiency, Smoking, drinking alcohol, use of anticoagulants or antibiotics recently like metronidazole, fluoroquinolones, use of antidepressants can cause raised INR.
