My husband's stomach pain

My husband is 30 yr old and he's regularly having issues with stomach pain and indigestion and bowel movements. This is a concern for the last 10 yrs which is extravagating gradually. Showed several doctors but of no help . Is it IBS? What diet should be followed ? Whenever outside food is taken n few pulses ..this is mainly seen. Is there a permanent cure ?

Yes, there is possibility of IBS. other causes are also possible. IBS is a lifestyle disease. Diet plays a very important role. Identifying the foods that precipitate the SYMPTOMS.
