I am 19yr Old and my height is 5"2 give me some advice. My mothers height is also short. You give me some medicine now I take ashwagandha powder with milk and sugar every night .is it work

Hello sir Bones epiphyses are fused by 19yrs age most of time. Medicines at this may or may not help you much.
