Hello doctors, My father of age 66 recent past observed that his speaking is not clear. We have shown to doctor anf provided medicine. Still i need second suggestion on him and any recommendations on home medicine, food, any special care... Please find attached reports. Thanks in advance Vinod

Hello please show to Neurologist.. Proper examination is needed..type of speech will be assessed.  And any other associated findings will be checked If it started suddenly a small stroke must be ruled out. MRI may be needed in that case..
