My father's blood sugar level is 450. What should I do . He is feeling normal but he has a urine infection and it is not recovering.

Mostly he needs Insulin and diabetes control..along with proper antibiotics plus symptomatic treatment

He needs good diabetes control. His urine infection wont recover till his sugars are not controlled.
