He is doing black vomiting since yesterday, I was like gel. After 2 years it again started. Please suggest me what is the reason

Usually black vomiting is altered blood in the vomiting. It is due to bleeding in the stomach. It is a serious matter because the patient can really lose  enormous amount of blood from the stomach. He should consult with a General Surgeon or a Gastro Surgeon immediately.
