Six month back he had an operation due to septicemia in his urinary tract. Due to  Increase of E-coli bacteria in his body ,  than periodically 3 months  after he is having the same symptoms like dierrhea and vomiting What is the main reason of this. he 51 yrs old I am looking for best hospital in Bangalore with proper budget as we belong to a middle class family.
