Doctor my father is facing thyroid ( hypo) and kidney problems ..tsh is 459 and as per last report on 20 April 2016...albumin present in urine ...since five days he is suffering from fever , constipation , dihydration and urine not passing properly ....he is feeling too much weakness. please suggest .

Get clinical evaluation done urinary tract infection and evaluation of prostate along with sympotamatic treatment for fever & constipation. Adequate rest, plenty of fluids orally,cold sponging are general measures. Additional treatment as per clinical evaluation findings
