I want to give this supplement for my mother and father bcoz of joint pain back pain weakness My father has osteoarthritis mother has lumber degeneration changes. Should i give both medicines after breakfast one by one Is this right plzz some advice plzzzzz

Better to get a dexa scan done for assessing the bone quality . Meds can be taken but for how long can you give ? At this age osteoporosis is the usual cause for such issues in hip knee and spine
