Doctor,my both eyes became red color since yesterday.I don't feel pain,ache or itching.I didn't met a doctor.Is this is a serious problem?Should I meet a doctor?

do you have any discharge. if so please put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin. otherwise you can consult an ophthalmologist.
