Hi your symptoms suggestive of irritant. conjunctivitis it will resolve once the irritable substance removed from eye...don't RUB the eye much,avoid contact of such substance...saline irrigation may be needed if symptoms persists long so if symptoms are severe or persists long consult ophthalmologist
