My eye has turned red and paining since today morning because I forgot to remove my contact lenses and slept .Just right eye is turned red

Hello A.  Avoid contact lens for few days B.  Use antibiotic NSAID eyedrop like moxifloxacin ketorolac 4 times daily along with lubricating eyedrop frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
