My dog Got bitten in mouth

My dog is 4 yrs old labrador and he got bit in mouth when he fought with a street dog. His neck got swollen little, he is not allowing us to touch and is trying to bite as he is in pain. He dis not eat since afternoon. I tried giving him painkiller nicep by putting in icecream ( his favourite) but he is not eating that too. Please help.
