My daughter startles!

Hi my daughter is 2months old and she feels pretty restless while she is sleeping. Like startle a lot and keeps throwing her legs and hands..this she does until she gets her deep sleep. Also she sleeps 13-14hrs a day. Is this sleeping hours fine? Please suggest
