My 3 year old daughter's eye swelled a bit on 17 Aug 2017 and that increased on 18th. There is no change in condition on 19th as well. Could you please guide us on the treatment and the reasons for the swelling?

she might be having c onjuntivitis please use antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin. if no relief  then please consult an ophthalmologist.
