3 year old Daughter's Eye infection
My daughter is having minor swelling in one of the eyes and it is watery as well. It is also lightly red. Seems to be due to infection. She is three years old. What medicine can be used?

it seems to be conjuntivitis.please put antibiotic eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and ocupol oint at bed time also do hot foamentation.

Hello You can start antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of her eye so that I may guide you better Regards
