Get her to talk to a counsellor. Maybe something else is the matter. Also she is only 10. It's okay for her not to like doing school work. It's normal. Just ensure that she is not facing any learning difficulties. A counsellor should be able to assess this. If she has a learning difficulty she may need some extra help.
