She has habit of lefthand writing. She confuse with 21 n 12, d n b, etc... But she is normal n hyperactive n intelligent too. pls check attached pics, numbers,. But y this confusion... She confuses things with similarities, age 5yrs...pls let me know.. We are worried... Thanks.

If she is doing once in a while then it's ok these issues are common during initial learning process Child may have to be screened for dyslexia or learning difficulties if this problem prolongs or issues in other aspects too like writing, reading, memory
