My cough returned after a week

As per my last treatment at Practo, I was diagnosed with Upper Respiratory Tract infection and prescribed Levoff, Bilastine and Viscodyne for 5 days. Now my cough got all sorted but after a few days it came back probably due to a cold drink I had, should I again take these medicines. It's been 3 days I am coughing. If no, what should I do? If yes, for how long?

For now try warm saline gargles or dilute betadine gargles , if cough doesn’t subside then start with medications
