I don't know what to do he's getting fever at night times and I'm scared and don't know what to do please help me

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I'm sorry but i need more history. Basic things like since how long has he been suffering from this? Whats the temperature like? Any chills and rigors associated with the fever? Body pains? Breathing discomfort? Burning sensation in urine?
