My backside inflammation every time Also my waist paining too much I'm unable to stand up smoothly My both leg also inflammation when I am walking,standing Iam unable to sit toilet Plz advice

Avoid bending over and lifting heavy weights. Regular walks and exercises. Use western toilet. Sos painkillers
