My baby is 6 week old. she has not gas issue but daily loudly cry in night for 3-4 hours at same time. I think she is suffering from colic. I want to know what is the treatment for this and how many days this lasts.

Firstly only exclusive breastfeeding should be given.. No other feeds to be given.. 2ndly , proper burping should be done after each feed.. for at least 15-20 min. And Lastly.. U can give drops Gastrica 6 drops Three tines a day for 2 days.. It will relieve the symptoms.. If problem persists, then visit a Pediatrician..
