My 5yr child cannot run properly

My 5yr child cannot run properly and not able to use stair without any suport even he hold his knee during standing. And one thing i also explain here that after bith he do not cry for 10min . After this he started crying for 3hr contniously till under observation of child speclist. Plese advise me in this matter

If this is a new phenomenon,i.e he had normal walk earlier,could be a joint problem or a muscular dystrophy. If since birth,could be due to delayed cry at birth. Plz consult your paediatrician for physical examination.
