• right stylo-hyoid ligament appears calcified- no e/o any impingement. likely incidental. • proximal stylohyoid ligamnet at styloid attachment appears normal and non calcified. right styloid process measures 2.7 cm. Now feeling Recurrent pain and discomfort..on right side submandibular area. What should I do? It's been almost 10 months.

Need to evaluate ... Don't blindly read in Google etc ... Need proper history... Lymph nodes less than 1 cm ... Not much significance.. Styloid process is okk.. upto 3 cm Severity depends on whether it is the reason for the problem or something else
